Coaching philosophy: When we sit down together for a coaching session, we create a collaboration between two experts. I bring expertise about how to become more effective and satisfied at work. You bring expertise about your unique role, setting, field, relationships, needs, goals, and opportunities. You already have what you need; I’ll help you find it. My role is not to install information and skills as if you are broken and in need of repair. Instead, I create a supportive non-judgmental environment and structure our conversation in helpful ways so that you can clarify what you want and need – and how to get it. Along the way, I share perspectives and practical tips about topics from stress management to interpersonal effectiveness. I “meet you where you’re at” and then walk alongside you to someplace better. I love this work and I’m excited to see where we go together!
