The Diversity Leadership Program equips psychologists of color with the skills and network to become effective leaders. By partnering with State, Provincial, and Territorial Psychological Associations (SPTAs) and collaborating with executive state leaders, the program offers a tailored pathway to leadership development.
Participants attend the Practice Leadership Conference, an event for state leaders, and engage in an impactful one-day leadership development workshop held in conjunction with the conference. These experiences provide participants with the tools and support to navigate the unique challenges faced by psychologists of color in leadership roles.
With 90 successful alumni and a strong reputation for nurturing talent, the Diversity Leadership Program is making strides in promoting diverse representation and driving positive change in the field of psychology.
