Arpana Inman, PhD, is the dean and distinguished professor at the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University. She received her doctorate in counseling psychology from Temple University. Inman is a nationally recognized scholar in the areas of South Asian psychology, international issues in psychology, and multicultural supervision and training, and cohosted the first DVD series on Supervision Models published by APA.
She is a cofounder of the South Asian Psychological Networking Association and was the founding director of the Community Voices Clinic, a school-based integrated care mental health center in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. She is a fellow of APA and the Asian American Psychological Association and the past president of the APA Division 17 (Society of Counseling Psychology).
