Perez is a first-year student of mental health counseling at Fordham University. Originally from the Bronx and an alumna of Aquinas High School, Perez has a deep interest in working with minority youth, and her research and career goals reflect her passion for psychodynamic theory and posttraumatic trauma. With her expertise, she is equipped to provide personalized support to children and adolescents. She has worked with individuals who are on the autism spectrum. Perez works well in a team and is an effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, she serves as a behavioral technician at Proud Moments ABA, where she offers ABA therapy services to youth on the autism spectrum and low-income families in New York City.
