Ciela Hartanov

Ciela Hartanov, PsyD, has a doctorate in culture and human behavior and has applied her knowledge of human behavior to tech organizations for almost two decades, including Qualcomm and Polycom. Ciela was part of the founding team of The Google School for Leaders which prepares leaders for unknown futures. She contributed to the cutting edge strategic approach that draws from contemporary theories of adaptive organizations. Before founding humcollective, she was head of Next Practice Innovation and Strategy at Google, where she developed projects designed to help shape the future of work. She is an expert in creating organizations that are more effective, wise and future ready.

Ciela’s perspective is shaped by her father’s “travel like a local” mentality. At an early age, she learned the value of seeing the world through multiple lenses. She invites people to reject dualistic thinking and discover ways to be more aware, more at ease, more powerfully in tune with the energies that sustain us and give us courage. She is passionate about unlocking our human potential to embrace complexity and build more resilient, open, and sensitive organizations.
