Geovani Munoz

Geovani Munoz completed a bachelor of arts in psychology with a minor in political science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He is currently pursuing his doctorate in counseling psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University. Munoz is interested in increasing the utilization of mental health services among minoritized communities, addressing mental health disparities impacting racial-ethnic minoritized individuals by providing culturally sensitive evidence-based interventions, and investigating substance use within communities of color.
