Dr. Helen Chung

Dr. Helen Chung is owner and principal of Pathways Coaching and Consulting. She works with individual leaders and groups in the areas of inclusive leadership and teaming, as well as job and career transitions. She has coached numerous leaders in a variety of public and private organizations and has also served as a leadership coach with the Center for Strategic Leadership and Thinking at the University of Washington. Helen is Assistant Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Chair of the I-O department at Seattle Pacific University, where she teaches and conducts research in leadership, narratives, and diversity. Helen’s work as an educator and coach is driven by a commitment to foster learning communities where individuals’ gifts and differences can be leveraged for collective flourishing.
