Janice Haskins, PhD

Janice Haskins, PhD, is LEAP’s administrative principal investigator. She joined APA in October 2016 and is responsible for the development of the association’s newly formed Leadership Development Institute (LDI), which includes APA’s flagship leadership development, training, and mentoring programs. She is the most recent senior director of the Minority Fellowship Program (MFP) and is responsible for the administration of the overall program, including the Recovery to Practice Initiative as well as the vision and mission of MFP. Haskins works closely with federal funding agencies and advisory committees regarding policy decisions and serves as a liaison for MFP's relationships with other internal and external stakeholders.
