Dr. Kenneth Maynard

Dr. Kenneth Maynard is the Director of Global Program Team and Global Program Leader Excellence at Takeda Pharmaceuticals. In this role, he aims to have Takeda known as a biopharma company with industry-leading drug development teams with outstanding Global Program Leaders.

Dr. Maynard is also a certified John Maxwell Coach, passionately committed to empowering early career academic and corporate professionals to enhance their professional skills and leadership abilities.

His academic background includes serving as an Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at Harvard Medical School and an Assistant Neuroscientist in the Neurosurgical Service at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Dr. Maynard has been awarded numerous grants from prestigious organizations, including the private sector, the American Heart Association, and the National Institutes of Health.
