Nana Ama Boateng

Boateng is a doctoral student at the University of South Carolina pursuing her PhD in Clinical-Community Psychology. She previously attended the University at Albany for her BA in psychology and Russell Sage College for her MA in counseling-community psychology. Boateng’s research interests focus on the indirect pathways racism compromises the mental well-being and physical health of racial/ethnic minority families. Additionally, she is interested in providing mental health services in integrated interdisciplinary behavioral health services in community-based settings for racial/ethnic minority families.
