Ravon Pittman

Ravon Pittman earned a B.A. in Psychology from Oakwood University. He is currently a doctoral student in the Counseling Psychology program at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Broadly, his research aims to explore how psychological trauma impacts Black American boys and men. More specifically, he is interested in creating and implementing culturally informed interventions that mitigate the harmful impact of trauma and promote growth and development.
