Ryan Whitlow is a doctoral student in the Counseling Psychology program at Chatham University. She holds a Master of Arts in Applied Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, Houston, and a Master of Education in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education. With a background in education and sports psychology, Ryan brings a distinctive approach that integrates evidence-based practices to empower clients to achieve their goals. As a mental performance coach and counseling intern, Ryan has experience working with diverse populations, including athletes, youth, and individuals with disabilities. Dedicated to reducing stigma and improving mental health access for communities of color, Ryan aspires to advocate, educate, and foster a welcoming environment where individuals from diverse backgrounds can access the services needed.
