Samantha Beauchman, PhD

Samantha Beauchman, PhD, LP, is a clinical psychologist for Sanford Health, a large health organization in the upper Midwest. She works in rural clinics providing mental health care in an integrated health setting. She graduated from the University of North Dakota with her PhD in 2012; throughout her undergraduate and graduate career she was a member of the Indians into Psychology Doctoral Education Program. She completed her postdoctoral residency with the Minnesota Consortium for Advanced Rural Psychology Training, where she was clinically trained in multiple rural settings on and around the White Earth Reservation.


Beauchman has served as a committee member for the Rural Behavioral Health Series, which provides continuing education programming specifically for rural practitioners. Beauchman has a passion for serving rural and Native American populations. Her areas of clinical specialty include DBT, mindfulness, and EMDR. She is an active member of APA, Minnesota Psychological Association, and North Dakota Psychological Association.
