Shara Rondon earned a bachelor of arts in psychology with a minor in sociology and a Dean’s List standing from William Paterson University. She is currently pursuing the MA Program in clinical & counseling psychology at William Paterson University. Rondon is also currently working as a case manager, focusing on life skill development for adolescents and young adults aging out of the foster care system. Her clinical interests include working with adolescents, young adults, and people of color in promoting empowerment, ethnic and culturally competent support, as well as addressing mental health stigma in minority communities.
